Brian enjoys teaching individuals the importance of exercise and personal fitness during assessments and the many sessions he supervises throughout the week. He has educated and encouraged over 500 individuals to begin a healthy lifestyle through the P.R.E.P (Physician Referred Exercise Program). Brian inspires his personal training clients by adding challenging twists to their workouts.

As the Personal Training Supervisor, Amanda has over 10 years of experience helping clients reach their health and fitness goals.  Her training style will push you to a new level and transform your physique. Whether your goal is weight loss/gain, building muscle mass / losing fat, or simply training your functional movement,  Amanda can develop a program for you to reach your fitness goals.

With over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Joe brings a lot of knowledge and enthusiasm to his work! A Chiropractor by trade, Joe knows the meaning of finding balance in life. Joe enjoys teaching his clients the importance of exercise and a balanced lifestyle to obtain optimal health! Joe is very passionate when it comes to obesity and weight loss. Working with children ages 10 up to seniors of 85, he understands the struggles and limitations of obesity and the consequences associated with this problem. Whether you are young or old, new to the gym or a regular, Joe can help you realize your goals quickly and safely!

Tim is a multi-talented personal trainer who excels in sports performance, functional movement, and speed and agility. Tim works regularly with athletes of all ages that are passionate about performance improvement, taking their athleticism to the next level, and working through any limitations they need to overcome. From independent sports training, to team training, to strength and conditioning, Tim can do it all to ensure your sports performance exceeds all expectations

Alexander aims to help all individuals that cross his path. If it be an older patient wanting to get up from a chair to the Elite athlete that wants to increase their power, Alex will be there. He will bring his knowledge as the Athletic Trainer of the Philadelphia Wings Professional Lacrosse team and Vineland Blitz Football to aid whomever comes along.

As a veteran in the Marine Corp, he knows what hard work entails and enjoys motivating clients to reach and exceed their goals.  With over 15 years of Martial Arts experience, Tony is an expert with agility and balance as well as explosive power and quickness.  Tony enjoys working with children and adults of all ages while helping them take their fitness to the next level.
