He has educated and encouraged over 500 individuals to begin a healthy lifestyle through the P.R.E.P (Physician Referred Exercise Program). Brian inspires his personal training clients by adding challenging twists to their workouts.

PJ enjoys working with young athletes developing coordination skills such as balance, rhythm, special awareness, and movement adequacy as well as performance skills such as acceleration, deceleration, multi-directional movement, lateral movement and change of direction. He has worked with adults looking to take their workouts to the next level with high intensity training.

A Chiropractor by trade, Joe knows the meaning of finding balance in life. Joe enjoys teaching his clients the importance of exercise and a balanced lifestyle to obtain optimal health! Joe is very passionate when it comes to obesity and weight loss. Working with children ages 10 up to seniors of 85, he understands the struggles and limitations of obesity and the consequences associated with this problem. Whether you are young or old, new to the gym or a regular, Joe can help you realize your goals quickly and safely!
