In the Active Aging Program, she will help you explore and experience wellness in its many dimensions. She also works in P.R.E.P to get you started on the track to successful health no matter what level you are.

Rachel Ellis

Rachel enjoys training clients through functional movements to build core strength and mobility and to assist with proper form for every exercise. A proper foundation is the key to building a fun and sustaining training program for life!
