Jeff enjoys working with individuals who are new to exercise or need some help getting started. He enjoys training one-on-one as well as group settings. Jeff’s experience in Martial Arts enhances his ability as a personal trainer to focus on proper form, movement patterns and breathing

Katie can help you on any level of fitness in her many group exercise classes and small group training. She puts a lot of focus on form and getting the most out of every exercise. In the Active Aging Program, she will help you explore and experience wellness in its many dimensions. She also works in P.R.E.P to get you started on the track to successful health no matter what level you are.

Nicolette is passionate about wellness and has a firm understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the body and what it needs to achieve her client’s individual goals. Her specialty certification and her experience as a dancer for more than twenty years allows her to effectively educate her clients on moving and shaping their body correctly whether they have a chronic
disease/disability or not. Nicolette believes exercise should be fun and enjoyable for any and every body!  “Love your body and all that it does for you!”
