Jeff enjoys working with individuals who are new to exercise or need some help getting started. He enjoys training one-on-one as well as group settings. Jeff’s experience in Martial Arts enhances his ability as a personal trainer to focus on proper form, movement patterns and breathing

Katie can help you on any level of fitness in her many group exercise classes and small group training. She puts a lot of focus on form and getting the most out of every exercise. In the Active Aging Program, she will help you explore and experience wellness in its many dimensions. She also works in P.R.E.P to get you started on the track to successful health no matter what level you are.
