Katie Nelson
Katie is an A.C.S.M.-certified exercise physiologist and an I.S.S.A.-certified nutritionist at Inspira Fitness Connection. She received her bachelor of arts in health promotion and fitness man
agement from Rowan University. In addition to leading group fitness classes, Katie specializes in personal training in cardio, strength and HIIT workouts at any level.
Katie believes that fitness is for everyone, it’s just a matter of finding the right movement or modifications for your individual needs. In her spare time, she enjoys running and playing soccer.

Jeffrey Baker
Jeffrey is an N.S.C.A.-certified personal trainer at Inspira Fitness Connection. He specializes in strength and functional training, as well as tai chi and chi gung.
Jeffrey strives to educate members about how to create a sustainable lifestyle that promotes health and wellness. In his free time, he enjoys practicing martial arts and road cycling.

Erik Galarza
Erik is an A.A.A.I- and I.S.M.A.-certified personal trainer at Inspira Fitness Connection. He graduated from Stockton College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a double minor in conflict resolution and gerontology. Erik specializes in functional training and nutrition.
Erik believes the key to success is consistently showing up for yourself. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking and spending time with his dog.

Dan Richter
Dan is a N.A.T.A-certified athletic trainer and an N.A.S.M.-certified performance and corrective exercise specialist at Inspira Fitness Connection. He is also certified as a youth fitness, speed and agility specialist, sports emergency responder and PN1 Precision nutritionist. Dan specializes in sports performance and injuries as well as general fitness, strength and conditioning.
Dan believes there is an athlete in all of us. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family outside, drinking coffee and driving his Jeep.

Darby Langel
Darby is an N.S.C.A-certified personal trainer at Inspira Fitness Connection. She graduated from Rowan University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and is certified in basic life support. Darby believes that whether you’re new to fitness or have done it for years, practice is always essential to making improvements. In her free time, Darby enjoys working out, hiking and playing street hockey.

Emily A. Heckman
Emily is an A.C.E.-certified personal trainer and weight management specialist at Inspira Fitness Connection. In addition to being a personal trainer, she has received her master of arts in counseling from Liberty University, her Holistic Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is certified in prenatal and postnatal fitness, as well as basic life support. Emily believes in using a holistic approach to help people meet their goals—treating the whole person by addressing all areas of wellness. In her free time, Emily enjoys being outdoors, playing the guitar and spending time with family and friends.

Lindsay Rice
Lindsay is an A.C.S.M.-certified inclusive fitness trainer and nutrition specialist at Inspira Fitness Connection. With a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and exercise science from Rowan University, she is also certified in basic life support and wellness coaching. Lindsay enjoys helping people become the best versions of themselves by using a holistic approach to health through behavior and lifestyle modification. In her free time, she enjoys equestrian vaulting, hiking and staying active in and out of the gym.

Ryan Cartwright
Ryan is an N.A.S.M-certified personal training and nutrition coach at Inspira Fitness Connection. He graduated from Rowan University with a bachelor’s in health promotion and wellness management and is certified in basic life support. Ryan’s goal is to help people find a love of fitness by demonstrating exercise, health and wellness and educating people on why it works. One of his favorite things to do in his free time is watch the sunset.

McKenzie Champion
McKenzie is an A.C.E.-certified personal trainer at Inspira Fitness Connection. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in health and exercise science from Rowan University and is certified in basic life support. McKenzie’s goal is to help people improve their quality of life with their fitness goals. In her free time, McKenzie enjoys spending time with her family and friends and watching the Eagles.
