The Physician Referred Exercise Program (PREP) is designed to help youth and adults get the physical activity they need to stay strong and healthy, incorporating cardiovascular exercises and strength training in a fun, safe and informative way.

Our Approach to Supervised Fitness

PREP is a three-month supervised fitness program at Inspira Health Fitness Connection. Participants are referred by their doctors and work out in scheduled group sessions with certified medical fitness specialists to help meet their wellness goals.

Sessions are offered six days a week throughout the day, providing flexibility and ease of access for all levels of availability. Members are encouraged to attend at least two to three classes each week to get the most out of the program and, with full access to the gym, PREP members approved for independent exercise can also attend classes such as yoga or spin. PREP includes eight different tracks to choose from, depending on your health needs and personal goals.
