Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves movements performed in a slow, focused manner accompanied by deep breathing. Tai chi can improve health, reduce stress, and improve energy. Classes are held every Thursday evening from 6pm-7pm, beginner and advanced combined. Available for members and non-members or members of the community.
